Privacy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version applies.

Data we store

• Account: name and email from Google or Apple.
• Public profile: display name, city, experience, skills, pay range, description, and photo.
• Locked section: full name, WhatsApp, email, note, and STR number.
• Reviews: rating and comment. Only the author's first name is public, not their email.
• Payments: order number, amount, method, and status. Your card or payment account details are processed by Midtrans, Google Play, or the App Store, and we do not store them.

Who can see it

Public profiles are visible to everyone once an admin approves them. Full name, WhatsApp, email, and note are visible only to users who paid for that profile, the profile owner, and admins. The STR number is visible only to the profile owner and admins.

Other parties

We use Google and Apple for sign-in, Midtrans, Google Play, and the App Store for payments, and Cloudflare for hosting.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your profile from your account. When a profile is deleted, its contact details and photo are deleted too. You can delete your account from the My account page, and payment records are kept without identity for bookkeeping. To request a copy of your data, email halo@carenurse.web.id.
