Rp15.000 only covers contact access, not the cost of care. Opening a contact does not guarantee the person is available. CareNurse does not hold care payments.
Frequently asked questions
Are nurses on CareNurse checked?
An admin reviews every profile before it is listed. Nurses must enter an STR number, and the "STR checked by admin" label only appears once it has been matched. Caregivers have no STR, so interview them and ask for documents before they start.
How do I choose a safe babysitter?
Babysitters have no STR. Meet the person first, check their identity and references, then stay with them for the first few days before leaving your child in their care.
Can I trust the reviews?
Only accounts that opened a contact can review that profile, and admins can hide reviews that break the rules. Reviews remain users' opinions, not CareNurse's assessment.
What if the number is wrong?
Report it from the profile page within 7 days. If the number is inactive or does not belong to the person on the profile, the Rp15.000 fee is refunded.
Why are agency profiles charged per profile?
Each person has their own profile and contact, so the fee is counted per profile you open, not per agency.
Do I pay again to reopen the same profile?
No. Opened contacts stay in the Google account you used.
